Who Studymaxx is for

Our service is directed at adults — parents, guardians, teachers, and schools — who buy and manage study materials for students. We do not intend for children to create their own accounts or submit personal data directly.

Who the law treats as a child

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, anyone under 18 years of age is treated as a child, and their personal data carries additional protections.

Consent for a child’s data

Where a child’s personal data is processed, it must be provided by — and with the consent of — a parent, legal guardian, or school acting on the child’s behalf.

No tracking or targeted ads to children

We do not knowingly use a child’s personal data for behavioural tracking or for advertising targeted at children.

Parental controls and requests

A parent or guardian can review, correct, or delete a child’s personal data, or withdraw consent, by contacting our Support Center.

Data collected without consent

If we learn that a child has provided personal data without verifiable parental consent, we take reasonable steps to delete that data.

Eligibility and account responsibility

• You agree to provide accurate information while creating accounts, placing orders, or submitting requests.
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials and activity under your account.
• We may suspend access if we detect fraud, abuse, policy breaches, or unauthorized activity.

Product information, pricing, and availability

• We try to keep product descriptions and availability accurate, but errors may occasionally occur.
• Prices, offers, and shipping charges may change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected misuse.

Payments and order fulfillment

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization or acceptance of approved payment mode.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier, location, weather, or other operational constraints.
• Ownership transfer and risk handling are subject to successful dispatch and delivery records.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

• You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape restricted data, or interfere with service stability.
• All website content, brand marks, graphics, and study assets are owned by Studymaxx or licensed lawfully to Studymaxx.
• Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or redistribution of protected content is prohibited.

Liability limitations

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Studymaxx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from service interruptions, third-party failures, or misuse beyond our reasonable control.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Disputes will be handled through competent courts and legal forums with appropriate jurisdiction in India.

Return conditions

• Return request should be raised within 7 days of delivery through Support Center.
• Transit damage or wrong-item claims should include clear photos or video evidence and are best reported within 48 hours.
• Product should be unused and returned with original packaging unless damage itself prevents this.
• Studymaxx may decline return requests where product tampering, misuse, or incomplete evidence is observed.

Return process

• Submit request with order ID and issue details.
• Our support team reviews eligibility and shares approval or rejection.
• If approved, reverse pickup or return instructions are provided.
• After quality verification at return destination, refund or replacement is processed as applicable.

Order cancellation

• Orders can be canceled before dispatch confirmation for full refund to original payment method.
• Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and return policy will apply after delivery.
• Promotional or bundled orders may have additional cancellation conditions communicated during checkout.

Refund timelines

• Pre-dispatch cancellation refunds are initiated after cancellation confirmation.
• Approved return refunds are initiated after returned items pass verification checks.
• Bank, card, wallet, or UPI settlement times may vary by payment provider.
