Referral & affiliate program terms
These terms govern how the Studymaxx referral and affiliate program works — what your referrals earn, how rewards mature and pay out, and the fair-use rules that keep the program genuine.

How the program works
Studymaxx runs a single rewards program — referral and affiliate participation are one and the same. Share your personal referral link, and when someone new orders through it, they save on their first order and you earn a wallet reward.

Every registered Studymaxx account can participate. There is no separate application or approval step — your referral link is available from your referrals dashboard once you sign in.
Who can take part
You must have a valid Studymaxx account and share your link with genuine new customers. Participation is for personal, good-faith referrals and is subject to the fair-use rules below.
Discounts and rewards
Your friend’s discount
A new customer who orders through your referral link gets 10% off their first eligible order. This referral discount can be used once per customer.
What you earn
When a referred order is placed, you earn a reward of 7% of that order’s item subtotal (the value of books before shipping, taxes, and other charges).
Reward currency
Rewards are credited to your Studymaxx wallet in Indian Rupees (₹) as a pending balance, and become withdrawable once they mature.
Offers don’t stack
The referral discount cannot be combined with a coupon or promo code on the same order. A customer may use either a referral discount or a coupon — not both.

When rewards mature
A reward stays pending until 7 days after the referred order is delivered. This buffer covers the return window. After it passes without a return or cancellation, the reward matures and moves to your withdrawable balance.
Requesting a payout
You can request a payout once your withdrawable balance is at least ₹500. Payouts are made to a UPI ID or bank account you provide, and are processed after verification.
Accurate payout details
You are responsible for the payout details you submit. Studymaxx is not liable for payouts sent to an incorrect UPI ID or bank account provided by you.
Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes applicable to rewards you receive. Studymaxx may deduct taxes at source where required by law.
Reward reversals and clawback
Because rewards are tied to completed orders, they can be reversed if the underlying order does not stand.
Returns within the maturation window
If a referred order is returned or cancelled before the reward matures, the pending reward is reversed in full.
Returns after a reward has matured
If a referred order is returned after the reward has matured, an equivalent amount is clawed back from your wallet, which may result in a negative or reduced balance.
Cancelled, failed, or returned-to-origin orders
Rewards linked to orders that are cancelled, fail payment, or are returned to origin (RTO) are reversed, since no completed sale occurred.
Partial returns
Where only part of an order is returned, the related portion of the reward may be adjusted accordingly.
Fair use and abuse
The program rewards genuine referrals. We actively prevent and reverse rewards from misuse.
No self-referrals
You cannot refer yourself or place orders through your own referral link. Self-referrals are blocked and do not earn rewards.
No fake or manipulated orders
Creating fake accounts, circular referrals, or orders intended only to generate rewards is prohibited and will lead to reversal of rewards.
Consequences of abuse
Studymaxx may withhold or reverse rewards, suspend wallet withdrawals, and restrict or close accounts involved in fraud, manipulation, or breach of these terms.
Honest sharing only
Please share your link with real people who may genuinely benefit from Studymaxx books. Do not spam, mislead, or imply that Studymaxx endorses any unrelated claim.
Changes to the program
We may update the program
Studymaxx may change reward rates, discount rates, maturation periods, payout thresholds, or eligibility, and may pause or end the program, at any time. Material changes apply going forward from the date they are published on this page.
These terms supplement our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Where there is a conflict on program-specific matters, these terms apply.
