Digital resources terms of use

These terms cover the QR-linked digital resources that come with Studymaxx books — what your access includes, how it may be used, and the fair-use rules that keep it available for every student.

Effective August 3, 2026 · Version 1.0

What the digital resources are

Every Studymaxx book includes QR codes that unlock its digital companions — sample papers, chapter-wise practice, and full-length mock tests — in your online library. These terms explain how that access works and how it may be used.

Learn how digital resources work

A companion to the book

Digital resources are provided as a companion to a genuine Studymaxx book — they are not sold separately. Scanning the QR inside your book links its resources to your Studymaxx account.

Who the access is for

Access is meant for the student using the book (or the parent, guardian, or teacher managing it on their behalf). One book unlocks resources for that book’s subject, class, and edition.

Your license to use them

Personal, non-transferable use

Studymaxx grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and use the digital resources for your own study and preparation. Ownership of the content stays with Studymaxx.

Classroom teaching

Teachers may use the resources in their own classroom teaching alongside genuine Studymaxx books. This does not extend to distributing copies, files, or login access to students or third parties.

What you may not do

  • Re-upload, share, sell, or redistribute the resources (or downloads, screenshots, or recordings of them) on any website, app, drive, or messaging group.
  • Share, publish, or resell QR codes or account credentials, or use codes from books you do not possess.
  • Scan, photocopy, or digitize the resources or books for circulation, or use them to build a competing product or dataset.
  • Bypass, disable, or interfere with access controls, or access resources through automated tools, bots, or scrapers.

Accounts, devices, and availability

How access works

Resources open in your browser on any device — no app or separate password is needed beyond your Studymaxx account. Keep your account credentials safe; activity under your account is your responsibility.

Fair-use limits

We may apply reasonable technical limits — such as concurrent-session or device checks — to prevent account sharing and misuse, and may suspend access where we detect abuse.

Updates and availability

We refresh resources as syllabi and exam patterns evolve, and content may be revised, added, or retired over time. We aim to keep access reliable, but occasional maintenance or downtime may occur.

Refunds

Digital resources are a free companion to the printed book and carry no separate price. Refunds and returns are governed by the book’s Return and Refund policies.

Copyright and piracy

All digital resources, question banks, sample papers, and related material are the copyright of Studymaxx or its licensors. Piracy directly harms the students and teachers we build for.

Consequences of misuse

Violation of these terms may lead to suspension or termination of digital access and, for serious or commercial infringement, legal action under applicable Indian copyright and IT laws.
